TERMS
Use of the service.
These terms cover the public site, the web console, and the phone apps. Last updated 14 September 2026.
Who operates the service
OnExit is operated by Aadarsh Gupta in India. These terms cover the website, apps, and developer interfaces. Contact us through the support page.
The product
OnExit lets you link phones to one account, mint a device-scoped agent key, and receive a handoff as a notification or a local alarm. It is not a calendar, a task manager, or a guarantee that a phone OS will keep a background process alive.
Your account
One person, one account. You are responsible for the email and sign-in method you use, and for every agent key you mint. Treat a key like a password: anyone who has it can send handoffs to the pinned phone until you revoke it.
Plans
Free, Pro, and Ultra are metered per person, not per phone. An agent event is a message or alarm an agent creates. Linked phones stay unlimited. Paid checkout, when live, is handled by the provider identified at checkout. We can change limits with notice on the site.
Payments and cancellation
Any paid checkout must show the amount, currency, billing period, applicable taxes, and renewal terms before you confirm. A plan selection alone does not authorize a charge. See Cancellation and refunds and Digital delivery.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass, spam, or evade another person’s attention settings. Do not probe or overload the API. We can suspend an account that is being abused.
Delivery
Once a phone has armed an alarm locally, that ring can still fire if the network drops. Push and the phone OS still have to cooperate for a new handoff to arrive. We do not promise a ring through every vendor battery or silent-mode policy.
Ending the account
You can delete the account from Settings. That cancels an active subscription and removes phones, keys, history, and the sign-in. We may suspend or end access for abuse or legal requirements. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Service limits and changes
Do not rely on this service for emergency, medical, or other safety-critical alerts. Network conditions, phone permissions, and operating-system restrictions can delay or prevent delivery. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account contact details.
