Cancel a subscription

When paid subscriptions are available, use Plan & usage in the web app to open billing management, or Email us. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless checkout states otherwise. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Deleting your account ends access immediately and cancels its active subscription. It does not automatically issue a refund.

Request a refund

Contact us with your account email, receipt, and reason. Duplicate charges and payments for service not supplied will be reviewed for correction or refund. Other requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. A refund is not automatic merely because a usage limit was reached.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank; we will confirm the status when your request is reviewed.
