No physical shipping

OnExit is a digital service. There are no physical goods, shipping fees, or postal deliveries.

Access and activation

Free access starts after account creation and any required verification. A paid plan, when available, activates after the payment provider confirms payment. Check Plan & usage; if payment succeeded but access did not update, Email us with your receipt.

Notification delivery

Link a compatible phone and enable the required permissions. An API success means a handoff was accepted, not that you saw or heard it. A new handoff needs connectivity to reach the phone. Once an alarm is scheduled locally, it can ring offline subject to the phone’s settings and operating system.
